The Fast Bake oven has been designed to meet the needs of busy manufacturers that need to quickly dry painted or coated wood and metal.
Victory has a long history of developing infrared products for a variety of industries, including automotive and plastics. This new system now draws on this experience to offer a much-needed solution for fast, efficient drying of finishes on wood & metal products such as doors, panels and window frames with minimal risk of contamination by dust.

Reduce drying time from hours to minutes
Waiting for paint, varnishes and other finishes to dry slows down the manufacturing process, especially if products that need to be sprayed must wait for other items to dry first. The Victory system means that the drying cabinet can be located away from the spraying or painting area. The mobile racking can be loaded with product and simply wheeled away, into the drying cabinet. The system can be customised to suit customers’ requirements.

Depending on your requirements, the wiring of the four cassettes can be designed for your needs.
Supplied in a flat pack format with easy-to-follow assembly instructions, each Fast Bake Oven is supplied with 4 x 1500W heater cassettes – each mountable in three standard height positions for your own unique application.
The cassettes are fully dimmable, allowing you the flexibility to control your heat requirements for individual jobs.
The Fast Bake Oven is not supplied with any controllers as standard due to the many variable customer needs. Optional controllers are available. Please call or email us to discuss your requirements.
